Who we are
Metric Mentor Labs ("MML", "we", "us") is the methodology company behind Revenue OS. This policy applies to metricmentorlabs.com and the forms, diagnostics, and accounts hosted on it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, company, message, and intent when you fill in a contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, request a diagnostic, or create a team account.
- Diagnostic inputs: scores you enter into PPA, FREEDOM, and OI-8 calculators stay in your browser unless you explicitly send them to us.
- Account data: if you sign in (Team login), we store the basics needed to operate the account - email, display name, avatar, profile slug, and the link entries you publish.
- Server logs: standard request metadata from our hosting provider (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
- We do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- Reply to inquiries and route them to the right team.
- Send the newsletter you subscribed to. Unsubscribe any time.
- Operate accounts, links pages, and diagnostics you create.
- Improve the site, the methodology, and the frameworks.
Where it lives
Account data, leads, and newsletter subscriptions are stored on Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) and accessible only to MML admins via authenticated server-side queries. Row-level security limits read access by role.
Your choices
- Access / delete: email hello@metricmentorlabs.com from the address on file and we'll export or delete your data within a reasonable window.
- Unsubscribe: every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Delete account: request from the signed-in email and we'll remove your profile, links, and avatar.
Children
The site is built for operators of service and education businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We update this policy when we change what we collect or how we use it. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
