Agreement
By using metricmentorlabs.com, signing up for an MML account, joining The Operator Room, or engaging us for consulting, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.
The methodology
Revenue OS, the Four Phases, the Revenue Mechanics, FREEDOM Diagnostic, The Operator Index (OI-8), The Operator Profile, the 12-Category Scoreboard, Growth Architecture, and Theory of Unlimited are proprietary frameworks of Metric Mentor Labs. You may reference them with attribution. You may not republish, white-label, license, or commercialize them without a written agreement.
Accounts
- Team accounts are invite-only. Don't share credentials.
- You're responsible for content you publish from your account, including your /links page.
- We may suspend an account that violates these terms or harms other users.
What you can publish
Content on your /links page and profile must be lawful, accurate, and not harmful. No spam, no impersonation, no malware, no copyright infringement, no content that targets or harasses individuals.
Paid services
Pricing for The Operator Room, Operator Pro, and Consulting is shown on the relevant pages. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. The 30-day refund policy described on the Operator Room page applies to first-time paid memberships.
No professional advice
Frameworks, diagnostics, blog posts, and worked examples on this site are operational education - not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Run material decisions through your own qualified advisors.
Limits of liability
MML provides the site and services "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, MML's total liability for any claim arising from the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@metricmentorlabs.com. We may terminate access for violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page with a new "last updated" date.
