Steve Kopshaw
Steve Kopshaw is the founder of Metric Mentor Labs and the author of From Traction to Freedom. He opened his first studio and grew to 17 locations and 65 employees.
His second studio, in Scarsdale, slid toward the red while he worked harder than he ever had. He was the system. What fixed it wasn't more effort. It was finding the one number he wasn't watching, and building the business around a weekly look at the numbers that matter.
Since then the team and Steve have done that work with 100+ companies, and what they've installed is closing in on $350M. The method is written down in From Traction to Freedom, out November 16.
