GROWTH ARCHITECTURE

How to sequence growth so each layer reinforces the one below it.

Growth Architecture is the sequencing framework inside Revenue OS. Most service and education businesses chase the next growth layer without securing the one below it. The result: top-line grows, the foundation cracks, and the team burns out. Growth Architecture defines the order.

[THE FIVE LAYERS]
01
Foundation

PPA is positive. The four mechanics are documented and owned. The 12-Category Scoreboard is green or trending green. Without this layer intact, every layer above it amplifies the wrong things.

02
Capacity

Sustainable utilization is below 75% with documented headroom. OI-8 mismatches are resolved or in active coaching. The team can absorb 30% more demand without breaking quality.

03
Channel

Two or more acquisition channels run positive PPA with rising trend. Channel concentration risk under 60% from any one source.

04
Product

The next product (or productized offer) is identified, scoped, and resourced. NPS and time-to-value are measured on the current offer before launching the next.

05
Unlimited

At least one unlimited consumable is engineered. Unlimited Revenue Ratio (URR) targets are set and tracked. The Theory of Unlimited is now operational, not aspirational.

Skip a layer and growth turns fragile. Sequence the layers in order and growth compounds. Every Revenue OS install runs Growth Architecture as the planning lens for the next 12-24 months.
